Staybridge Suites Houston-NASA Clear Lake, an IHG Hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a good selection of hot and cold items on the breakfast bar. The morning the hurricane hit and electricity was out a nice selection of cold or panty items available. The only night we were there that served an evening meal was when Beryl had hit. We found out later that evening staff had prepared a meal outside on the grill. I felt like they tried to do their best even though we were without electricity for 30+ hours.

Our family really liked the how comfortable the staff made us feel, they were all very nice and helpful! We especially loved the movie room, and full kitchen for cooking.

This property is amazing. I have stayed here multiple times and love it. It is beautiful, clean, amazing staff, excellent breakfast bar, gorgeous pool and hot tub, a MOVIE ROOM, and can I say again how clean it is!!!

The staff was very helpful and nice. We came for my son's 13th birthday. Got a double room suite. The boys loved it! They have a great lobby area where they watched the game, the outside area is just beautiful at night, so they got to enjoy the pool and hot tub. They have a theater room, but that would have required sitting in one place, so that was a no. But, man, the staff was awesome, even when they had to tell us about a noise complaint...they were really really nice about it. Great customer service, and great amenities. And nothing better than the free breakfast in the morning. I also chose this hotel for the kitchen. That is such a plus. They have dishes and glasses, but no utensils for eating, a stove with a big and small eye and a full refrigerator. So this all just worked out great. This room was absolutely perfect for what we were doing. My son had an epic sleepover! So it was well worth the money. And beds are comfy. Great for a family, or girls trip. There's room to spread out.
